Swedish Massage
Bodywork where gliding and kneading strokes are used with light to medium pressure for purpose of relaxation. Excellent for fibromyalgia sufferers.
Orthopedic Assessment
and Postural Analysis
Highly recommended for injuries, posture problems, or restricted range of motion, this is a functional assessment done by the massage therapist to observe alignment, posture, range of motion, strength, flexibility, or possible neurological dysfunction. Results of the assessment and analysis are then used to develop a client-centered treatment plan to address weak, tight, or misaligned muscles and restore the natural body movement and posture.

Therapeutic or Injury Massage
Deeper & detailed bodywork focusing on muscle groups using special injury massage protocols, techniques, and a blend of forearms, elbows, fists, & knuckles are used to reach deeper tissues with the purpose of alleviating pain, range of motion tightness, and muscle tension.
Compression & Release Therapy

A special therapy using intuitive and slow rolling compression and movements to release energetic blockages, trauma, and pain in the body, open and awaken circulation, and renew the body's natural composition.
Trigger Point Therapy
Specific massage techniques using focused pressure, muscle "stripping" and stretching to release trigger points (knots with pain referral zones) in muscle tissue.
Sports Massage
Bodywork utilizing American & Russian techniques to assist exericisers, weekend warriors, & trained athletes to prepare, maintain, & treat muscles for sporting events and workouts by affecting circulation, lymphatic flow, and muscle health.

Pregnancy and Infant Massage
Modified swedish and therapeutic massage designed to support a woman during pregancy to relieve muscle tension, back pain, swelling, and insomnia. Infant massage is taught to parents to foster bonding and active roles in baby's health and well-being.

Cranial Sacral Therapy
Non-invasive combination of bodywork and energywork involving light touch on the bones of the head and spine to release tension and facilitate deep relaxation. CST can relieve conditions such as TMJD, tension headaches, migraines, sinusitis, ADD/ADHD, chronic pain and emotional trauma.

Reflexology
Bodywork involving massage of reflex areas on the feet and hands that correspond to & affect specific body parts and organs of the body.

Traditional Thai Massage
Bodywork, done on a padded mat, combining yoga-like stretching, therapeutic massage strokes, and energywork to address injuries, promote postural balance, increase flexibility, and rejuvenate the mind and body.

Shiatsu
Energy and bodywork, traditionally done on a padded mat, that addresses the body's meridians, or energy pathways, by using light touch, finger pressure, and passive stretching of the joints and muscles to move and balance the body's vital energy, Ki.
Acupressure
Energywork designed to release blockages in the body's energy source, Chi, by using light touch on pressure points on the body to affect the body's mental, physical, emotional, & spiritual health.
Reiki
Energywork facilitating healing and balance by using a series of hand positions to pass "Universal Energy" or "reiki" throughout the body--often called a "massage from the inside out"
